A consultation is a necessary part of any service.
It's a great way to get to know your client's hair history, what goals they want to accomplish with their service and determine what is obtainable for them to reach within a given time frame. Yet, it's not until recently that the industry has emphasized the importance of offering consultations before completing a service for a client.
