Creating the Perfect Bridal Nail

The ideal bridal nail is romantic, shimmery, and yet simple – three qualities that are hard to achieve simultaneously without being boring. While on the hunt for such a manicure at Bridal Fashion Week Spring 2016, we found exactly what we were looking for at the Jenny Packham presentation.

The look is a soft pink base with glitter dabbed lightly at the very tip of the nail. For your clients who are brides-to-be, here’s how to create the style in your salon:

1. Prep nail as usual. Apply base coat.
2. Apply 1-2 layers of Essie Tying the Knot.
3. Dab on Essie Set in Stones, applying glitter more dense at the free edge and less dense as you go towards the cuticle.
4. Repeat the dabbing process with Essie Summit of Style.
