Recently, the beauty industry has been having conversations about collecting tips as a part of payment for services, as clients have been experiencing tip fatigue and the Professional Beauty Association has been lobbying Congress for an exemption from FICA taxes. As a result, many salons have started implementing a no-tipping policy.

We asked our followers in a recent poll, posted to our website and Instagram stories, if they believe in eliminating tips for services or implementing a no-tipping policy at their salons.
