Emmy Rossum is giving us the eye? For the launch of CHOO.08 in Los Angeles, the Shameless actress opted for structure in her belted Kaufmanfranco dress, but got a little playful with her manicure. Though minimalist in color, each of her fingertips sported a tiny eye, similar to the ones used for protection against evil.
Manicurist Katie Jane Hughes used Butter London polish to create the look, beginning with a nude nail, and then adding a white half moon and eye details to the look. Even up close, this intricate nail art has crisp, flawless lines.
