That maximalist approach defined their aesthetic, an all-out feast for the eyes that often celebrated their Mediterranean heritage and love of romance. 

A Dolce & Gabbana piece often bears an intricate print—think a Geisha Queen of Hearts or religious iconography—dripping in sequins, studs, glitter and crystals; the shinier, the better. Even tracksuits show off exhaustive shimmer!
