Having trouble with the thickness of your gel extensions? Here’s how to troubleshoot.
When you view your nails down the barrel, one side of the free edge is thicker than the other. You’ve tried changing brushes and concentrating harder when applying the builder gel. What more can you do?
Your application technique may not be the problem at all. Remember, gel self-levels. If the client holds her nail at an angle before the product cures, the gel may slide to one side, making the nail thicker on that side. Remind your client to keep her nails as level as possible after you apply the gel product.
