Step 1. Cleanse the nails of any dust or oil.
Step 2. Use the Base Coat as the foundation for your manicure. Polish a single thin coat on the nails of both hands.
Step 3. Use Turn it Up!, Find a Shortcut and Get Happy Fast to create a single smile line following the shape of the cuticle. One color for the start of the curve, a second color for the middle arc, and the third at the end. Allow to dry.
Step 4. Use Look Don’t Touch to polish a single thin coat on the nail leaving the painted cuticle area exposed. Allow to dry.
Step 5. Using Get Happy Fast, polish a single thin coat on the nail leaving the painted cuticle area and a small amount of the black color exposed. Allow to dry.
Step 6. With the Top Coat, polish a single thin coat on all nails. Allow to dry for two minutes.
*To accelerate drying time, use Caption Drying Drops. Apply 1-2 drops per nail after allowing the Top Coat to dry as instructed above.
