Drawing from the jewel tones and sheen fabrics used in Costello Tagliapietra’s Fall/Winter 2015 Collection, Julie Kandalec for Essie created an eye-popping blue nail look. The shimmering Aruba Blue used by Kandalec was able to both catch the eye and complement the collection.

Ridge Filling Base Coat
Aruba Blue
Good to Go Top Coat

Get the Look:
1. Apply one coat of Ridge Filling Base Coat.
2. Next, apply two coats of Aruba Blue.
3. Finish with Good to Go Top Coat.
