Though nails during Fashion Week are so often one simple color, Julie Baxter went against the norm and designed a spectacular manicure made precisely for London Fashion Week at the Fashion Scout presentation. She created the nails using NSI acrylic and glitter. To do the London-oriented images, Julie printed them onto very thin paper, and encased them with acrylic.
