After nearly three years of research and development, in-home celebrity manicurist Gina Alcedo announces her official launch of Nailvana LA (NVLA), a collection of vegan, cruelty- and 8-free polishes, cuticle oils and creams.
“Nailvana LA is the result of my quest to find the best natural products to keep my clients’ nails healthy and beautiful,” said Alcedo. “It’s a real passion project of mine. The cream, designed to strengthen and condition cuticles, honors the neighborhood where I started the Brentwood Collection. The line naturally helps improve nail quality with the addition of myrrh extract and without the eight harsh chemicals.”

NVLA’s Brentwood Collection includes six polishes: Bristol Circle Blue, Burlingame Grey, Ms. Huffington Pink, Perfect Image, Rockingham Red and Sunset Blvd. Nude. NVLA focuses on anti-aging and natural treatment of nails and skin. Its nail strengthening cuticle cream uses key ingredient myrrh essential oil to soften cuticles and prevent nail breakage.
With over 20 years of nail industry experience, Alcedo works for clients such as Amal and George Clooney and The Carters (NDA signed), just to name a few. “Some clients have a standing appointment with me every week for the last 20 years,” she said.
