Courtesy of Essie Rachel Zoe began her 2018 New York Fashion Week journey by holding two shows. She showed her Spring 2018 Collection, inspired by Erin Hanson’s Joshua Tree paintings, and also, Zoe debuted her Fall 2017 Bridal Collection. Both of these collections featured airy designs and delicate fabrics so Essie‘s Michelle Saunders created a simple, creamy nail design for both a manicure and a pedicure to accentuate the ethereal look of both collections with an added touch of bling on the pinky finger.
Courtesy of Essie To create the look Saunders applied first base base coat to clean nails. She then applied one coat of imported bubbly, giving the nails a golden beige base. Next, Saunders followed with a coat of allure to create a sheer white layer. For shine, Saunders used good to go top coat, with the top coat still wet, she added one piece of glitter from set in stones and applied to the base of the pinky nail using a dotting tool. By adding the stone above the top coat, you ensure that the manicure doesn’t lose any shine for the sake of sparkle. Because no one wants to loose their sparkle.
