Prep the nail. Apply OPI GelColor Glitter to My Heart from the Hello Kitty collection. Cure.

Step 2
Apply base coat to place stones. Cure.

Step 3
To prevent stones from popping off, apply two coats of top coat around crystals with detail brush. Finish with cuticle oil.
