
For the Fall/Winter 2017 season, the house of Oscar de la Renta brought out a collection filled with vibrant shades, which ranged from deep reds and blues. To complement this luxe look, the brand’s creative directors Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim decided to have the nails look “high-tech,” complementing the fabrics, according to a press release.

Manicurist Julie Kandalec for Essie chose Imported Bubbly for the look, which has a shiny, reflective element for the manicure.

Get the Look:
- Begin by applying First Base Base Coat to each nail.
- Then apply two coats of Imported Bubbly to nails.
- Finish with Gel.Setter Top Coat for high shine.
PRO TIP: If you don’t want to go full-on metallic but still one a bit of shine, Kandalec suggests a polish like Imported Bubbly, which has a pearlescent tone.
