On November 9th, 2015, Orly joined Paul Mitchell and Makeovers That Matter to provide makeovers for female veterans. The event began with Paul Mitchell’s John Paul DeJoria speaking to the veterans about his inspiring journey and how he transformed his life for the better. DeJoria, who has a personal connection to veterans since he is a navy veteran, explained how he went from being homeless to working hard to become a successful businessman. He offered the veterans insightful tips for applying for jobs and interviewing to help them as they rejoin the work force.
The event took place at The Paul Mitchell School in Sherman Oaks. Orly nail technicians were on-site to give the veterans gorgeous nail looks with a selection of Orly Epix nail polish colors.
The veterans also had their hair and makeup done before heading to a photo shoot to capture their beautiful new looks.
