Matte nails or shiny nails, that is the question.
On the other hand, why not choose both? The whimsical combination of the two finishes lends an interesting aesthetic detail to any nail set. Whether your client cannot decide between the two or is looking for some playful flair, the matte-shiny combination is a perfect pairing.
