Glosslab has raised over $3M in growth financing.
Founded by Rachel Apfel Glass, Glosslab aims to modernize the nail salon experience with a New York City-based hygiene-first, membership-based concept. Its future-forward salon features technology-enhanced services and performance-based products at the forefront of beauty and nail trends including long-lasting vegan polish, gel and non-toxic polishes.
Growth financing backers included Andy Stenzler, Co-founder of Rumble Boxing, Sean Rad, Co-founder of Tinder, Co-founder of FuckJerry Elliot Tebele and his FuckJerry partner and creator of What do you Meme? Ben Kaplan, and serial start-up investor M.J. Bas (Revolut, Elysium Health, Mural).
Glosslab plans to open new locations across Manhattan including the Upper East Side, NoHo and Tribeca.
Next year, Glosslab will launch self-care must-haves: full line of polishes, at-home manicure and pedicure kits, hand creams and foot creams.
