Celebrity manicurist Julie Kandalec has announced the opening of her first nail art studio: Julie K Nail Artelier.
Kandalec is also the founder of Masterclass Nail Academy and the author of Nail Art Design Book.
Nail Artelier will be by appointment only and will offer guests the best in quality and high-end nail lacquer.
“The idea to open a private boutique nail studio blossomed out of the COVID-19 pandemic and its dire effect on the nail industry that had been nearly destroyed. While many people are still not comfortable walking into larger salons and house calls aren't an option for everyone either due to space, safety concerns or are cost-prohibitive, I decided to cater to the needs of those clients that are looking for a private, high-end experience, without the crowdedness of a large salon. Essentially, I wanted to create a cozy, living room feel to make the experience as comfortable as possible,” said Kandalec.
The studio will open in Manhattan’s Financial District on April 8, 2021.
