Steps:
1. Apply a coat of first base base coat allowing each nail to dry.
2. Layer one coat of Penny Talk on all nails, followed by a coat of Bordeaux.
3. Mattify the look with a coat of mete about you top coat.
4. Using wicked, create a French tip on each nail for a dash of shine.
Tip: When making a French tip, remember to curve the line upwards at each end to create a “smile.”
