Formerly manufactured by Rudolph International in Brea, California, Soft Touch nail products will now be manufactured by E&M Pro Manufacturer in Anaheim, California, following the retirement of Jim and Louise Rudolph.

Jim, formerly president of Rudolph International, and secretary and treasurer Louise officially announced their retirement in May. “After 40 years of adventures in the beauty industry, we’re looking forward to enjoying the fruits of our labor and pursuing more leisurely activities,” they stated in a letter sent to friends and colleagues announcing the news.
With a combined 60 years of product and industry expertise, E&M Pro Manufacturer owners Eric and Misty Nguyen have teamed up with operations manager Shelley Taylor-Wilson to launch a number of other innovations in the near future, in addition to continuing the production of Soft Touch products.
