CND has released its Over The Top Effects collection, which will help customize nail enhancement services by adding color, luster shine and shimmer!
The Over The Top Collection features highly pigmented colors and glitters, used to create designs and fine, detailed nail art.
The CND Over The Top Effects kit features four different luxurious chrome and holographic pigments:
