Nail techs are a part of a multi-faceted industry that offers plenty of opportunities for exploration. For many techs, life behind the chair is their calling, but there's so many other outlets for growth — from being an educator to working with brands, creating social media content, being a salon owner, doing editorial work or working in television/film.
