Recreate Mei Kawajiri’s Nail Look with the OPI Tokyo Collection

 

Celebrity nail artist Mei Kawajiri used the newly-released OPI Tokyo Collection to create two show-stopping nail looks for the ADEAM Fashion Week 2019 show. A bold blue and soft petal pink, both complete with elegant pearl accents, rocked the runway.

 

 

Recreate the runway-ready look:

Step 1

Use the OPI Edge Silver 180/400 grit file to shape nails into a soft almond shape. Prep nails for polish.

 

Step 2

Polish nails with three coats of baby pink Judo’nt Say? or two coats of OPI deep blue Chopstix and Stones.

Step 3

Apply one coat of OPI Top Coat.

 

Step 4

Allow to dry. Complete the look by applying pearl embellishments each nail. Using one large pearl near the cuticle and smaller sizes in the center and near the free edge.
