How would you describe yourself?
I am fun, outgoing, creative and caring!
Tell us about how you got started in the nail industry.
I got started about eight years ago in New York. I grew up in the industry. My mom owned two salons and was a nail tech herself. In my opinion, there is no better career. I absolutely love my clients and trying new ideas!
What/Who inspires your work?
My clients. I love putting our minds together to create a one-of-a-kind design!
Are there any tool(s) you can’t live without?
My small sculpting brush for 3-D Art!!!
Do you have a favorite technique or style?
Sculpted nails including stilettos and edge nails.
What is your craziest/funniest nail story?
I was asked to do cow print edge nails. It was fun and something I never had done before!
What tip can you offer to other nail technicians?
Stay true to what you love and don’t let anyone put a lid on your creativity or growth.
Anything else you’d like to add?
I don’t strive to become rich doing nails. I strive to inspire people to chase what makes them happy because ever since I became a nail tech, I have not “worked” a day in my life!
