How To: Sweater-Snowflake Nail

Fie Pedersen (@fiepedersen.dk), a nail technician in Denmark, shares a step-by-step tutorial for a sweater-snowflake design perfect for the holidays.

Lecente Products Used

  • Magic White Create
  • Brass Holographic Glitter
  • Pure White and Pure Black Detail Paint
  • Matte Topcoat

1. Mix your glitter with topcoat and paint it on half of the nail then cure.

2. Apply matte topcoat to the entire nail and cure.

3. Paint a line straight down the middle (don't cure).

4. Paint your sweater design. When your design in complete, pour clear acrylic on the entire design and cure. Brush off excess powder.

5. Make your snowflake by painting one dot on the middle, then two up, two down and two to the right. You can also make one single dot between the dots you just made.

6. With a liner brush, drag the paint from the middle dot and out through the dots. Do that with all of them and cure.
