Las Vegas-based nail artist Ashton Harlan always enjoyed painting designs on herself and her friends since a young age. She’s mastered the art so much so, that she can even paint her toes with her toes! “I love hand painting, because it’s a fun way to help my clients express themselves through their nails,” says Harlan. “Nadia and Belinda from Scratch Nail Spa both inspire me every day with their talent, work ethic and attitude—I’m a better artist and person for knowing them.”
