1. Polish the entire nail black and let it dry. Using white paint, create three triangle shapes for trees. Let the design dry, then paint black wisps to simulate the pine branches and needles. 2. Using white paint, create snow on the ground around the trees. Paint light blue on the ground for shadows. 3. Using light blue and white paints, paint random diagonal stripes across the black background, swiping slightly to give a brushed effect. 4. Apply silver and green glitter polish to the trees in tiers and apply silver glitter to the sky. Allow the design to dry and apply top coat.
