Nailpro Pasadena will be held Sunday April 26, 2015 this year at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, CA. If you’ve never been the show before (or any trade show for that matter), that’s okay! There’s a first time for everything and this intimate nails-only trade show is perfect for nail professionals of all skill levels.
Here’s what you should know:
1.) The first 500 people in line receive a goodie bag filled with free product samples. Hint: You may want to get there early!
2.) It’s better to snag your ticket ahead of time. If you purchase your tickets before March 27th, prices are: $25 general admission, $20 each when you buy two or more, or $15 if you’re a beauty school student. On the day of the show, all those prices go up $5…so essentially you’re getting a whole extra bottle of polish free by buying now!
3.) We’ll be holding competitions all day long! Entering this competition is great for anyone who likes a challenge. Planning on going with a friend to the show? Enter both of you in the NAILPRO Competitions that day and see how you do! There’s no harm in trying it out, plus practicing your skills makes you better in the salon. If you want to try it out without spending time competing on the actual show day, you can also enter the 3-D Nail Art turn-in competition (the theme this time is “Go Fish!”). All you’ll need to do is create nail art on tips beforehand, follow the NAILPRO Competition rules and register, and then drop off your submission on Saturday, April 25 between 4pm-7pm the night before the show. 4.) There will be classes going on all day. Manufacturers will be showing how to use the Backscratchers Extreme Powder Glaze system, IBX, the new Orly EPIX, CND’s new RESCUE RXX, Young Nails’ Caption nail polish, and many more. For the full schedule of classes, head over here.
5.) You’ll be able to stock up on all your favorite nail products at crazy cheap prices. This is from last year’s Morgan Taylor booth – 6 polishes for $20? Yes, please! Plus –that’s Morgan of Morgan Taylor pictured, so you get to meet the actual names behind the brands you use!
6.) There will be raffles all day long, including one huge mega basket of products worth over $1000. Because everyone loves free nail swag!
