1. Polish the nail light pink up to the smile line. Leave the tip of the nail unpolished. Allow the polish to dry. Using gold, paint two intertwined rings at the smile line. Allow them to dry. 2. Paint two large silver hearts on each side of the rings. Allow them to dry. Using light pink paint, create ribbon detailing and two smaller hearts. Allow the design to dry. 3. Outline the entire design using black paint. 4. Apply a rhinestone where the two rings meet. Use a small amount of top coat to adhere the rhinestone. Let dry. Apply top coat to the entire nail (including the rhinestone) and allow it to dry.
