1. Polish the nail gold. Allow it to dry. Using aqua, paint a loose zigzag shape down the center of the nail. 2. Create two glasses using white paint and let them dry. Polish pink champagne detail. 3. With black paint, outline the glasses and add bubble details. 4. Complete the design by adding pink, lavender and yellow confetti and streamers. Accent the edges with black. Allow the design to dry and apply top coat.
