1. Polish the nail black. 2. Paint the shape of a face and neck using pale mint green polish. Add white circles for eyes. 3. Using red polish, add lips. Using dark orange, add hair. 4. Paint a yellow, gray and pink blouse. 5. Using black polish, add seams to the dress, accents to the hair, neck and face, and a nose. Outline the entire design in black, including the eyes and blouse. Finish with top coat.
