1. Polish the nail light pink down to the smile line. Leave the tip of the nail unpolished. Allow the polish to dry. 2. Using white paint, create a 1/4-inch horizontal line across the smile line. Allow it to dry. 3. Paint one thin, white line on the pink polish and two thin, white lines on the unpolished portion of the nail. Paint five evenly spaced hearts along each of the outermost lines. Allow them to dry. 4. Over each heart, create a thin, white arch. Add three small, white dots to the top of each arch and a dot on both sides of each heart. 5. Using pink polish, create nine circles on top of the white bar. Allow the design to dry and apply top coat.
