The in-demand Black Shatter effect from OPI Products graced the tips of Today Style Editor Bobbie Thomas for her segment, “Bobbie’s Buzz.” Black Shatter crackles into a leopard-print pattern over any polish color.
After showing a couple of custom-blended colors, Thomas drew attention to her fingernails, painted with Black Shatter. “This is so hot that it was sold out,” she explains. “It had to be driven in the snow two hours [for] one bottle.”
