1. Polish the nail white. Paint a red apple shape, then overlap it with an orange shape. Next add a green pear shape. 2. Add a yellow banana and purple grapes. 3. Outline all of the fruit in black. Add green stems on the apple, orange and pear. Add shading and a stem to the banana. 4. Paint white highlights on the apple. Finish with top coat.
