1. Polish the nail red and let it dry. 2. Using very thick paint with no water, paint a black diagonal and allow it to dry. 3. Using thick white paint, create stripes on the black. Thick paint gives the design a raised, three-dimensional appearance. After the paint is dry, apply top coat.
