1. Polish the nail black and allow it to dry. Using caramel-colored paint, create the pie filling by drawing a rough rectangular shape. 2. Use green paint to create a starburst behind the pie slice. 3. Create the piecrust using tan paint. 4. Outline the pie with black paint and add white highlights to the pie filling and crust. Allow the design to dry. Apply top coat.
