1. Apply base coat to the nail. Allow it to dry. Using a striping brush, paint red and white stripes from the cuticle area to the tip in a curved line. 2. Connect another curve of red and white stripes from the side wall to the middle of the first set of lines. Allow the design to dry. 3. Paint a large, navy-blue star in the middle of the nail. 4. Add silver glitter to the nail around the design. Apply top coat and allow it to dry.
