How I created my design.

First I applied a full set of clear acrylics, then I filed, shaped, and buffed the surface and free edge or every nail. Next I applied one coat of Essie's Bikini so Teeny nail polish to all nails. Then I applied a second coat to all nails. For the design I used acrylic paints and used a small dotter to make the white polka dots and the writing on the thumb nail. For the bows and outling I used a small detailer brush and outlined hello kitty's face, bows, and hearts. I finished by letting the design dry and used Orly's glosser high-shine topcoat.
