NYFW S/S Nails 2014: Weekend Morgan Taylor Looks
Morgan Taylor Lacquer graced the NYFW Runways this weekend in a variety of forms. We were delighted to see not only nudes and pales, but also vibrant blue metallics and even a touch of ombre. See the looks for each of the five shows here.
The American West visited the big city at Jen Kao with rough and tough nails coated with Morgan Taylor In The Nude underneath Mattes A Wrap.
Looks were more dressed up at Malan Breton where sapphire nails appeared to be set into silver rings using Rhythm and Blues outlined with Chain Reaction.
Edgy Frenches were seen on the Yigal Azrouël runway. A nude foundation was blended underneath Little Black Dress tips, followed by a top coat of Mattes a Wrap.
Ice-cold manicures painted with Adorned in Diamonds were used on the hands of Thakoon models to match the collection’s white pearls, lace, and crystals.
Feminine earthy pink nails appeared alongside the very floral Zac Posen collection. The pseudo ombre design was created using Coming Up Roses as the base, with Polished Up painted unevenly on the free edges.
