Nancy King Heupel, Nailpro Education Director
 
Nancy King Heupel is one of the top salon educators in the U.S. Heupel developed regulatory experience serving on the Maryland State Board of Cosmetologists. She has presented research, support data and testimony at state and federal levels on a variety of issues in the cosmetology industry. She has provided her expertise as a consultant on segments on nail salon safety on Rachael Ray, CNN and ABC’s 20/20, to name a few. She also has testified as an expert witness in salon malpractice cases in state and federal courts. Heupel currently serves as Nailpro education director and teaches the Nailpro Nail Institute in classrooms and online.
