What’s the best compliment you’ve received about your business?
The best compliment I've received was being told that my client feels so comfortable in my salon, and that the work I did was great. I pay attention to detail and she didn't feel rushed.
If there was one piece of advice that you could pass along to another salon owner, what would it be?
Don't make clients feel rushed out the door. In today's society, we always feel under pressure or rushed. The last place you want that is in your salon. Clients come to the salon to relax and get away from all that, so we don't want them feeling this way after paying for a service.
