Nailpro's Customer Service Promise

 

Refunds: If you feel that a Nailpro Nail Institute Online class did not meet your
expectations, you may request a full refund of your registration fee.
* The refund must be requested within 30 days of taking the class.
* If your certificate has already been mailed to you, we will ask you to return the certificate before processing your refund.
* To request a refund, call 800/442-5667 or 818/782-7328 or email amenendez@creativeage.com.
