99 0

Remember the days of eating candy and calories without remorse? This manicure from our last issue gives us that same feeling of sweet, innocent joy. To create this look for your young-at-heart clients,
Young Nails.

11 0Step 1: Prep the nails, then remove dust/oils from the natural nail. Apply one coat of Young Nails Protein Bond. Repeat.

22Step 2: Apply Synergy Base Gel to the entire natural nail. Cure for 30 seconds in a UV light.

33Step 3: Apply a form to the nail. Create a thin shelf on the form using Synergy Concealer Pink Gel. Cure for 30 seconds in a UV light. Remove form from nail.

44Step 4: Apply a thin layer of Synergy Concealer Pink from the cuticle to the free edge. Cure while applying product to the other hand.

55Step 5: On a mixing tile, place a small amount of Synergy Build Gel in three different spots (you will use these to mix your glitters). With the first Synergy Build Gel, sprinkle Emerald Green, Shimmering Sand and Rock Star Glitter over the top of the gel. Use a painter’s knife to mix the glitter and gel together. With the second spot Synergy Build Gel, sprinkle Royal Red, Hologram and Rock Star glitter over the top of the gel. Again, use a painter’s knife to mix the glitter and gel together. Sprinkle Hologram and Rock Star glitter over the top of the third spot and mix together. Apply your custom glitter mixes to random areas on the nail. Cure while applying product to the other hand.

66Step 6: Apply broken pieces of Gold Foil to random areas of the nail over the sticky surface of the gel.

77Step 7: Cap the nail with Synergy Build Gel. Cure for 2 minutes in the UV light.

88Step 8: Use Swipe or a preferred nail cleanser on a lint free wipe to remove sticky layer from gel. File and shape the nail. Remove any dust.

99Step 9: Apply Finish Gel to the entire surface of the nail. Cure in a UV light for 2 minutes.
