1. Polish the nail purple and allow it to dry. Use royal blue paint to create the shape representing the sky and let it dry. 2. Paint a pink planet and allow it to dry before outlining it and adding rough details with black paint. 3. Add rings around the planet with blue and green paint, then outline in black. 4. With white paint, add stars and accents to the rings and planet. Complete the design by adding random glitter over the blue sky. Allow the paint to dry before applying top coat.
