1. Polish the entire nail using light pearly pink. Using black polish, paint one quarter of a circle near the cuticle 2. Outline the French tip using silver bullion and outline the black circle with crystal rhinestones. 3. Add several arches of bullion throughout the black section of the nail; place a rhinestone at the ends of each arch. Apply top coat to the entire nail and allow it to dry. Coat the French tip with holographic top coat.
