Kimmie Kyees Gets Artsy Backstage

To promote the next generation of American fashion designers, the Council of Fashion Designers of American and Vogue magazine held a fundraising fashion show in West Hollywood this week. A peek backstage revealed makeup artists, designers, and pro nail artist Kimmie Kyees who gave models nail art using Red Carpet Manicure for the Edie Parker Show (she shows how to do them yourself here).
 

Nails got a futuristic twist: pearlescent yin and yang designs, space-age glitters, and crazy color swirls! Here’s a few shots from the event:
