When celebrity manicurist Julie Kandalec posted a photo of a foil manicure months ago, we had no idea it was for The Big Band Theory’s Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting’s very first Cosmopolitan cover!
During the January photo shoot, Kandalec joined the hair and makeup team in thoroughly primping the incredibly excited 28-year-old actress, who had just gotten married. Kandalec used metallic foil from Japan to give the star’s fingertips a glossy, oil slick appearance. Was this the inspiration for Lea Michele’s “On My Way” mani?
