1. Drill a small hole near the free edge of a full-well tip. Polish the nail shimmering light blue. Use a pin to clear polish out of the drilled hole. 2. Using a striping brush, paint several blue lines and glitter at the base of the nail. 3. Create a three-hoop chain with jewelry loops. Make these jeweled pieces in advance and keep them on hand to save time. Add colored sequins to each hoop. 4. When the nail is dry, attach the hoop to the nail through the drilled hole. 5. Add rhinestones and finish with top coat.
