Polish the nail orange. Paint a witch's body, legs, feet and hat in black. Paint arms and a face in beige on the witch's body. Add white and gray accent lines to the dress, hat and shoes. Paint a white belt. Add a mouth, eye and accents to the nose. Paint yellow buckles on the shoes and hat. Add brown and white witch hair. Finish with top coat.
