1. Begin by painting a black background. Allow it to dry. Paint a white skull and a purple stick. 2. Using black paint, create the face. Add highlights to the stick with light purple. Allow it to dry. 3. Paint a green bow, and orange, yellow and green stars. Allow them to dry. 4. Complete the design by adding light green highlights to the bow, pink circles on the cheeks and white stars to the eyes. Allow the design to dry. Apply top coat.
