1. Polish nail neon green. 2. Paint black eyebrows, stitches and mouth. 3. Paint orange circles under the eyes, and then outline them in black. 4. Paint two white eyeballs with black pupils and one white tooth. Outline in black. 5. Make a gold glitter triangle nose, outline it with black and finish the design with top coat.
